Who are we looking for?
As an Office Manager at MEAM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks that keep our office running effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be responsible for?
- Financial tasks:
- Customers:
- Preparation or checking of sales invoices for shipment
- Follow-up on payment of sales invoices
- Suppliers:
- Checking purchases according to order forms
- Processing of purchase invoices in Odoo
- Preparing payments
- HR:
- Recruitment and selection
- Payroll
- Training & Development
- General personnel administration
- General administration:
- Administrative manager of Odoo
- Creation of suppliers, customers, articles
- Assist management with associated tasks
- Office management:
- General office management
- Fleet management
- Management of company resources (laptops, mobile phones, bank cards, other work equipment, etc.)
- Management of service providers and relevant contracts
What you bring!
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software e.g. Odoo
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
